Discussion and possible action to approve License Agreement between Quail Springs Mall, LLC, and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the operation of the Sheriff s substation at Quail Springs Mall, which will be open to the public all mall hours seven days per week. 32. Discussion and possible action to approve acceptance on an award from the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office the Administrator to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Funds. This award is for continued funding of an additional deputy/instructor for the SIDNE programs. The award funds will also include overtime for deputies working occupant protection and DUI enforcement as well as provide 10 new radars for Oklahoma County Sheriff s Office in an effort to continue reduction of injuries and deaths on Oklahoma County roadways. The award and programmatic reporting will be completed online by Captain David Baisden and will be approved online by Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners. The total dollar amount of the award is $291,000.00 and there are no matching funds required.
